Brian is a registered massage therapist (RMT) with over eight years of experience and has worked as a Certified Personal Trainer (CPT) for more than a decade. He graduated from Sutherland-Chan School of Massage Therapy after earning his Bachelor of Arts in Kinesiology at Brock University. With a strong foundation in the health and fitness industry, Brian has instructed, trained, and participated in a diverse range of sports, which has deepened his understanding of the importance of pain-free movement and its crucial relationship to peak performance. He has assisted and instructed both hockey and golf development camps, where he has worked closely with athletes, weekend warriors, and seniors. Through these experiences, Brian has committed himself to expanding his knowledge and confidence in helping individuals reach their wellness goals.
In addition to his RMT credentials, Brian holds a Level One Fascial Stretch Therapy Certification (FST-1), as well as certifications in Instrument Assisted Soft Tissue Manipulation (IASTM) and Corrective Care. These advanced techniques and knowledge enable him to enhance flexibility, movement quality, and overall athletic performance.
Outside of the clinic, you can usually find Brian at the gym, on the ice, making music, or enjoying a coffee at a local shop, always seeking balance in his active lifestyle.
Chelsey Gotell is the owner and founder of Etobicoke Osteopathy, an Osteopathic Manual Practitioner and a three-time Paralympian. Originally from Nova Scotia, she brings warmth, curiosity and a strong sense of community to her practice.
Chelsey prides herself on the rapport she builds with her patients and the comfort they feel in her care. She takes time to listen, welcomes questions and helps patients make sense of how their bodies move and feel. Her approach combines thoughtful assessment and hands-on treatment with consideration of each person’s health history, daily habits and goals.
She welcomes patients across the lifespan, with particular interests in infant and pediatric care, pregnancy and postpartum care, and supporting active people at every level.
As a swimmer who represented Canada for 11 years and earned 12 Paralympic medals, Chelsey brings a personal understanding of elite sport to her work with Olympians, Paralympians, young athletes and weekend warriors alike. She values both the pursuit of performance and the everyday movement that supports health and long-term wellbeing.
Chelsey is a graduate of the Canadian Academy of Osteopathy, holds a degree in Psychology from McMaster University and is a member of the Ontario Association of Osteopathic Manual Practitioners.
A South Etobicoke resident since 2010, she is proud to care for the community she calls home. Outside the clinic, Chelsey is also a keynote speaker and holds domestic and international sport leadership roles within the Paralympic movement. Closer to home, you’ll find her at a local park with her kids or lifting heavy in the gym.
