He graduated from Sutherland-Chan School of Massage Therapy after earning his Bachelor of Arts in Kinesiology at Brock University. With a strong foundation in the health and fitness industry, Brian has instructed, trained, and participated in a diverse range of sports, which has deepened his understanding of the importance of pain-free movement and its crucial relationship to peak performance. He has assisted and instructed both hockey and golf development camps, where he has worked closely with athletes, weekend warriors, and seniors. Through these experiences, Brian has committed himself to expanding his knowledge and confidence in helping individuals reach their wellness goals.
